The song itself is quite nice to listen to and Junior's actor does a great job at singing.

As for the scene itself, it was a good way to end Season 3. Thematically, "Ungrateful Heart" says a lot about the scene, season and series in general. It highlights the hypocrisy of how a lot of the characters were treating Meadow after coming back from the funeral of someone she had loved who's death many in the room were responsible of, as well as the toll the sins of the Mafia bring in how much they take compared to how little they give. Like most themes in The Sopranos, this ties very well to Tony when considering that his hypocrisy in threatening Jackie Jr. for cheating on Meadow despite Tony's numerous mistresses and Jackie's aspirations to enter the mafia could be seen as the catalyst for the domino effect that ended with Jackie Jr's death.
It's also quite nice to see the rare moment of Johnny Sac crying. Phil's perception of him would've fucking plummeted if he'd seen it though.

Hard to see him fully in the pic, but he truly did go colder than ever when he did that and was quite shocking when considering how their bond was throughout the series. It was understandable though, given how many time Chris had failed to change his ways and how Tony made it clear their familial connection was the only reason he was able to get away with it for so long.

What do you think happened at the end of The Sopranos?

Tony getting whacked is the logical conclusion. Bobby somewhat foreshadowed this when saying how death strikes suddenly you wouldn't know when it's coming, so looking at things from Tony's perspective, this would be what would happen. The guy in the bathroom couldn't have just been a red herring, plus a major theme of the series was how there's no happy ending for a Mafia member. You either get killed as so many characters were, go to jail or become too senile to go on as Junior did.

Does Hamon remain in Jojo past P3 or is it exclusively Stands?

Exclusively Stands. Part 3 only has Joseph use Hamon about twice as it is. Part 7 introduces a new, similar concept called the Spin, which is basically a better version of Hamon designed to work on regular humans rather than vampires and can be used in conjunction with Stands.

Stands, by far. Hamon was a cool power in the variety of ways it could be utilised, but only served a purpose when fighting vampires or pillar men. Stands, however, had a variety of abilities that made power scaling far less linear and battles work more as a series of mind games rather than the typical beatdowns part 1 was or the limited methods of utilisation for strategies in part 2, making it so no one Stand encounter was the same as the other.

The only thing I somewhat prefer about Hamon was that it took years of training and discipline to master, though considering that was already being lessened in part 2 and Stands still require the prerequisite of having strong willpower, that barely holds up.

If just talking about chapters, the latest OP chapter.
As far as fully completing a series, honestly can't remember too well. Probably Battle Angel Alita: Last Order and that was back in September or October. I've grown pretty burnt out of the medium when it comes to exploring more titles tbh.

Do most of the parts in JoJo (>2) only have 1 main villain, or are there numerous such as in part 2?

They all have only 1 major villain other than Part 8, though Part 4 takes a while before making it apparent who the main villain truly is with there being a few major changes in objective. Part 8 mainly just has a lot of side villains, which heavily damages the part as Part 8 definitely has the weakest sense of focus or sense of individual identity out of any of the series' parts partially because of this.

I have not, though I may check it out if you recommend it. Is it available to read on Readcomiconline?
