Have you seen Psycho Pass?
No, and from what I've seen in Thatanimesnob's analysis of it, I don't plan to. The world building is entirely contradictive due to giving a poor explanation on how criminals can evade detection based on emotions and guilt. A normal person with slight guilt can get caught yet a psychopath with no emotion would evade detection, making the system too stupid to actually exist. Sibyl is also so obviously implementing a totalitarian control in such an obviously evil manner that the notion people would ever support it or there being redeeming qualities to it is lost. Many of the characters make little sense either, such as Akane being a lobotomised askwoman, being oblivious to things that should be common knowledge to anyone of her profession.
Overall, it seems to just be a poor blend of 1984 and Ghost in the Shell. Doubtful I'd give it more than a 2/10 if I were to view it.

What do you think about Sakata Gintoki ?
Gintoki is one of the most entertaining characters I've seen in anime/manga, never adhering to just one character trait and showcasing enough emotional and interest range to make him feel like a genuine person. He can be lazy, selfish, heroic, selfless, dutiful, perverted, wisecracking or serious depending on the situation. His role as protagonist and his realistic personality is something that makes the first season of Gintama so engaging.
However, whilst he's a well written character, he's far from a developed or entirely original one. For starters, his backstory makes him a ripoff of Kenshin under initial examination and regardless of what happens in the plot, he doesn't grow as a person, at least not after 500+ chapters. Some aspects of his realism are also lost as the series goes on, such as the fact he seems to avoid any kind of romantic attachment to Tsukuyo despite how they feel for each other, something that wouldn't happen in the real world. It also doesn't help that the change in personality between comedic and serious arcs are always pretty much the same, going from a satirical or sarcastic joker to someone wanting to protect his friends, with this formula seldom changing.
7/10

Is the anime of Legend of The Galactic Heroes good as well?
Easily the best anime I've ever seen and the only way to truly view the series unless buying the original novels. The only series I'd say is worth a 10/10. Don't read the manga adaptations though, since most of them are rushed retellings of the anime/novels and have art nowhere as good as the anime's style.
