Doesn't seem to be worth much beyond crude humour, though seemingly still better than similar series of it's type such as Shimoneta.

The best character in Steins; Gate at least and very entertaining and fleshed out as a character. However, I can't say he was truly developed well. Rather than dealing with his mistakes and growing from them, he was simply fixing his mistakes through trial and error of time resets, which lessened the potential of his growth as a character. Whilst he grew as a character, the structure of the plot reduced his potential of how he could've developed had it not revolved around something as cheap as time resets.

No, and from what I've seen in Thatanimesnob's analysis of it, I don't plan to. The world building is entirely contradictive due to giving a poor explanation on how criminals can evade detection based on emotions and guilt. A normal person with slight guilt can get caught yet a psychopath with no emotion would evade detection, making the system too stupid to actually exist. Sibyl is also so obviously implementing a totalitarian control in such an obviously evil manner that the notion people would ever support it or there being redeeming qualities to it is lost. Many of the characters make little sense either, such as Akane being a lobotomised askwoman, being oblivious to things that should be common knowledge to anyone of her profession.
Overall, it seems to just be a poor blend of 1984 and Ghost in the Shell. Doubtful I'd give it more than a 2/10 if I were to view it.

What do you think about Sakata Gintoki ?
Gintoki is one of the most entertaining characters I've seen in anime/manga, never adhering to just one character trait and showcasing enough emotional and interest range to make him feel like a genuine person. He can be lazy, selfish, heroic, selfless, dutiful, perverted, wisecracking or serious depending on the situation. His role as protagonist and his realistic personality is something that makes the first season of Gintama so engaging.
However, whilst he's a well written character, he's far from a developed or entirely original one. For starters, his backstory makes him a ripoff of Kenshin under initial examination and regardless of what happens in the plot, he doesn't grow as a person, at least not after 500+ chapters. Some aspects of his realism are also lost as the series goes on, such as the fact he seems to avoid any kind of romantic attachment to Tsukuyo despite how they feel for each other, something that wouldn't happen in the real world. It also doesn't help that the change in personality between comedic and serious arcs are always pretty much the same, going from a satirical or sarcastic joker to someone wanting to protect his friends, with this formula seldom changing.

Easily the best anime I've ever seen and the only way to truly view the series unless buying the original novels. The only series I'd say is worth a 10/10. Don't read the manga adaptations though, since most of them are rushed retellings of the anime/novels and have art nowhere as good as the anime's style.

Zoro is one of the best characters in One Piece. His personality has enough faces to it to seem believable; ambitious and serious in achieving his goal of world's strongest swordsman, having enough justification to pursue it and being very loyal to his allies, such as at the end of the Thriller Bark Arc. He also acts as the voice of reason in many situations, such as bringing up the glaring flaw in Luffy allowing Usopp to come back to the Straw Hats. Despite this, he also has his comical side, constantly going the wrong direction (though this gag has been overused to the point of being cringey) and brief glimpses of a childish aspect such as insisting his friends do the Tarzan call when swinging from a vine.
He's also the only one of the Straw Hats to show some genuine development from their experiences (other than perhaps Robin) after the timeskip. Whilst some complain about Zoro becoming too serious, that's because the situation calls for it. He even makes such apparent by calling Luffy out on not taking things seriously, despite the events at Marineford giving Luffy the biggest reason to change out of any of the crew. This makes Zoro's growth as a fighter and character one of the few that's remained engaging after the timeskip and places him as one of the most consistent characters in the series.

Do you mean the OVA series for Legend of the Galactic Heroes? Because I looked that up and that was like the first anime adaptation.

Which year is that from? The OVA series seems to be the one that's talked about the most or at-least the one I see the most.

I looked and it's only the OVA series. With movies. It's confusing as fack though. I can't make-out head or tail with this series.

Nvm, it's actually a 110 episode OVA series. I assumed it was TVA because most OVA's dont get past 50 episodes if that.

What Kenshi said is right. It is an OVA series, as it was released straight to video in order to keep the art as consistent as possible and to keep the gory violence intact, but it's length is far greater than most OVAs, which is why I just refer to it as the anime.

Was Super-Saiyan 3 the biggest waste in the original DragonBall series? I mean in the end it really didn't amount to anything, even-though it's still preferable to the God Forms.

The Grade forms top it in that aspect, as do Freeza's 2nd and 3rd forms (the latter of which takes the cake in wasted potential), but SS3 is an honourable mention in that category.
