What about Boo's pure form? I'd say it could even top Freeza's middle forms considering it was just a bridge to a rushed conclusion where Goku can be the b0ss and its introduction was extremely lame (Boo reverting to a somewhat strong form before regressing again).

That is true, though I wouldn't say it outright tops Freeza's mid forms. You could remove both those forms from the series, have Piccolo arrive as he's transforming and nothing would've changed at all beyond the revelation of Dende's abilities happening a little later. Pure Boo at least destroyed the Earth and became less predictable in his attacks, which I wouldn't see Pure Evil doing as a last resort or Evil Boo needing to do, regardless of how contrived his existence was.

Well, I'd say you could still write a decent plot where Freeza only has 3 forms (with either his 2nd or 3rd form being the middle form like Frost), you'd just need to tweak Freeza's insane hidden power and raise the Kaioken's risk so that 10x was more taxing than Goku anticipated on the spaceship so he can only use 5-6x comfortably. I agree Pure Boo at least did something, but it felt additionally contrived that his biggest achievement really seemed like an excuse to get Gohan and Gotenks out of the way for Goku Time.

Yeah, if we include Freeza's transformations and Boo's then probably not. 3rd Form Freeza was completely unnecessary when you think about it.

But as far as Super-Saiyan transformations in the original series. Super-Saiyan 3 was a massive let-down. At-least the Grade forms had the excuse of being not completely new better transformations than the original Super-Saiyan, but more just a powered-up form (new information not withstanding). And even then Super-Saiyan Grade-II got some shine by beating-up on 2nd Form Cell.

I can agree with that, though for that very reason I'd say Freeza's 2nd and 3rd forms were bigger wastes of potential as they could've been far more interesting than Pure Boo. Beyond the power creep, I wouldn't have minded Freeza having so many forms if they at least warranted him not using his true form immediately (especially when him stating it was too much to control was a lie, at least for up to 70%). For example, you could have 2nd form being a bulky tank that sacrifices some speed for far more power like a better Grade 3 and have 3rd form being a weaker speedster similar to Dyspo. Pure Boo's potential as a character was pretty limited from the start without rewriting everything from Fat Boo's split, so his existence didn't really seem like that much of a waste after Evil Boo simplified what potential complexities Boo could've had as a character.

It's satirical nature and the boundaries it's pushed are far more than the Simpsons did in it's prime, plus it's been doing better with character arcs in more recent years than the Simpsons did in it's prime. That's not to say prime Simpsons wasn't good, just that South Park is a lot better at similar points of merit.

Some weird music playing in the back-ground.
The end is a woman in a seductive way saying the name of the Perfume and maybe the slogan.
The two in the ad look like they are about to kiss but they almost never do, but get close. Sometimes they do.

I guess, although pure Boo being the final boss in the manga makes his disappointment strike tenfold. Freeza's 2nd form being a tank sounds interesting, although I'd still probably write 3rd form out because he'd look like a bitch if his weaknesses were exploited in 2 straight forms so he had to go to his final form in such a short time similar to faggots like that wolf/chicken/monkey pill guy in the DT.

By a minimal amount. The Chapter Black's beginning and middle sections are easily the best part of the anime/manga, but the ending segment with Yusuke's asspulled ancestry and a DBZ style power creep showdown was far worse than his rage boost against Toguro and Genkai's resurrection. Some of the ideas behind Sensui's character also seem pretty dated now that Togashi used them with far greater results for Chrollo and Meruem, whereas Toguro's character writing still holds up as more than a Hunter X Hunter prototype.

It'd still require a pretty big asspull for Sensui to lose and lead to this desperation, whether it's from Yusuke getting some revival Zenkai or his friends getting a rage boost enough to take Sensui as a team, so still no higher than a 6/10.

It's not hated, it's just that it falls short in a few areas compared to the 2011 anime, such as having a fair amount of filler that extended what were already the more or less average first three arcs, as well as cutting half of the Hisoka VS Kastro fight, plus the original anime ended in a very awkward cliffhanger.

If we were to take out the necessity to have him meet his match in power and instead pull a Toki for a more reasonable resolution, I could boost it up to a 7/10, provided the rage boost bullshit for Hiei, Kurama and Kuwabara was removed.
