Depends whether or not we're counting Super, because that'd make the entire top 10 alone :et

So that I'm not just listing everything from the movies, GT and Super, I'll just stick to the original manga.

#1 - 25th TB SS2 Gohan retcon/Shin's amnesia
#2 - Pure Boo's existence
#3 - Room of Spirit and Time
#4 - Choshinsui
#5 - Cyborg Taopaipai
#6 - The Dragon Balls being active during the RRA Arc
#7 - SS2/SS3
#8 - Goku gaining more of a Zenkai from a slight injury than Vegeta did from two severe ones
#9 - Namekian fusion
#10 - The #19/20 retcon

Korra mastering 3 Elements as a child (Avatar: The Legend of Korra) - 'Member when it took years or at least months of intense training for an Avatar to master the Elements? Korra sure doesn't.

Wasn't Korra only able to use them to rudimentary levels until training up to the age of 17? I remember she could create small tufts of flame and whatnot, at best, at age 5.

From what I'm aware, yes, but her even being at that level with no training was :trash when Aang still took a few days to get a basic grasp on each Element with proper training and at a far greater age.

Don't forget about how entitled and obnoxious she acts (though that automatically comes with the SJW package). All she needs now is the bright dyed hair. :manabu

Wouldn't say so, at least not from that site. £350+ for 51 episodes is way too much. Best to just stick to watching the Japanese version on Kissanime.

True, but that's the MSSRP or close to it I think. Even buying that on Amazon wouldn't be that much cheaper, relatively speaking. I'm tempted just because I like the series so much and that's like the definitive set in HD. I'm also a firm-believer in purchasing/supporting the original. Those home-media releases are still so expensive in Japan.

I don't know anymore.

You could just get a Malaysian bootleg on Ebay. The picture quality of them are as good as any DVD release and the only bad thing about them are the subtitle translations (which considering the one on that sight doesn't even have subs, is a plus if anything). I found one just now, if you're interested. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Anime-DVD-Digimon-Tamers-03-Vol-1-51-End-Complete-Japanese-Animation-Box-Set/272134480987?epid=1867590549&hash=item3f5c7aa45b:g:8zUAAOSwaG9XJXAJ

I like how they said those are official licensed products. :troll :troll :troll

My problem with buying bootlegs is, unless the show is trash like DragonBall Super or something I really want to support the official original release. The set being released on April is one made by the people who made the show. You might even get behind the scenes information and how they created the show and such which I find really appealing. On-top of that the set will get a sequel (I think it's a sequel) Audio-Drama written by Chiaki Konaka with the cast returning so there is that too. If I buy that set the money will go to those that created the show and made my childhood so beautiful, if I buy a bootleg it will go to some low-life.

Maybe I'm just overly OCDish when it comes to stuff like this. And I also don't know how to use E-Bay and don't really trust it. :troll :troll :troll

The original PokéMon theme. Better than the English version? I might say so, this is just so energetic.:

Also is this one of the most saddest/beautiful moments in PokéMon or what? One of the most memorable for sure. The setting is also so gr9. Like the sun-set.

What about separate lists with Super and non-canon stuff ?

Because as much as we dislike it, this is part of the main continuity...

Written by an AT that can't even be bothered to get his own story right. :troll :troll :troll

His editors and even prime AT would be disguisted. I won't deny though, the meng is a legend. May he live a long and prosperous (I think he already got that part down) life.

Yeah, I would. First english opening is still decent for what it is though.

Probably. There wasn't any other scene I found sad from the original series at the time or now (there was "Pikachu's Goodbye", but I'd already watched later episodes in the series before I saw it so the impact was lost.)

That would be a difficult task, considering I find each of the contrivances within the movies/GT and Super to be all on relatively the same level of terrible as one another. May have to come back to this later.

Thoughts on the Rocky series?
The first film does an excellent job at presenting Rocky as a misunderstood underdog as well as developing the rest of the cast such as Adrienne and Paulie, as well as making a subtle commentary on the corruption of the Boxing organisations (Creed actively going for a match he didn't consider a challenge). Rocky II felt like a natural progression of the previous film, though not as impactful due to being basically more of the same.

Rocky III was easily the most entertaining of the bunch. It was far from as well written as the first film though, with a pretty generic defeat -> montage training -> victory set up, but was so overly 80s with it's aesthetics and music (no Rocky track can beat Eye of the Tiger), cast of grand personalities like Mr. T and Hulk Hogan and good directing making it something I can't help but love. It's not as if it's plot's a complete throwaway though, since it has plenty of highs or lows such as Mick's death or Apollo's character development from rival to friend and Rocky's fall into the same arrogant trap of his popularity and stature that Creed had in the first film making for quite a good take on the Hero's Journey. Rocky IV, whilst having a good soundtrack and decent story points like Apollo's death, was a big step down from the previous films due to having a very similar setup to the previous one (Rocky must face his strongest opponent yet after they somehow lead to his friend's death) as well as having ridiculous aspects such as Paulie's robot that really feel to celebrate aspects that ruin the very concept of Rocky. What was once a story of a poor underdog is now one of a rich pro trying to maintain the status quo. It also doesn't help that the montages are overdone to the point the movie seems to be 50% plot and 50% music video.

Rocky V takes things in an interesting way with Rocky's retirement, but overall had boring execution due to it turning more into a slice of life story about his son, who's nothing but your typical kid protagonist. Absolute snorefest. Rocky Balboa was the concept of Rocky V done right, with him showing his age and presenting a lot more depth to his words than he has since the first movie. I wish Rocky V had just been Balboa with the opening scene of V being maintained before a timeskip. Finally, there's Creed, which seemed to just be a cashgrab. Sure, we saw a new epilogue to Rocky's character in his old age as a broken man, but there's not much more that needed to be added that wasn't already in Balboa.

Rocky - 7/10
Rocky II - 5/10
Rocky III - 6.5/10
Rocky IV - 4/10
Rocky V - 2/10
Rocky Balboa - 6/10
Creed - 2.5/10
