#16 played the role of stoic badass who speaks with his actions pretty well during his fight with Cell and showed some genuine courage by not being afraid to die against Cell on two occasions, and that isn't just due to being a machine if you compare him to Albino Kim Jong-Un running away from Vegeta. Tenshinhan was pretty cool in the way he took down Yamcha at the 22nd TB and respectable in how he was prepared to play the role as hero against Piccolo Daimao. Though his only praise worthy accomplishments after that were low-diffing Taopaipai and halting Cell, the few instances in which Ten held the limelight were quite good, as is his dedication and ethic towards martial arts.
Only taking into account their portrayal in Super for the ranking of returning cast members. Vegeta would be #1 if his development hadn't taken a complete regression after Bra's birth.

Nostalgia, most likely. That, and I guess most fans that like it having not looked too in depth into things such as the #19/20 retcon, Vegeta's character regression or the timelines making no sense.
For Roshi's, definitely, given how Piccolo Daimao was constantly portrayed as a next level threat and his best attack was only City level. As for Piccolo, not even sure anymore, given how feats in DB are never too consistent such as cameras being capable to track Goku and Cell's fight for a while, but I'd still offer both the outlier and non-outlier routes in threads regarding other series versus discussions.
I don't like these as much as the other tracks I posted, at-least as stand-alone pieces (I like them much more when I remember them in-context of how they were used in the series and the moments I can remember) but what do you think? The last three are the 2007 remixes. Official remixes done by Katsuo Ohno on older tracks back-in 2007. There are great (gr9 is an understatement probably) creepy/scary/tense tracks too, but I don't know how much you'd like that.
