It's informed in the manga through Charlotte that he raised mysteriously and subdued his enemies and put an end to the decaying and warring lands of midland.

Guts or someone else said he looks like Griffith in this aspect. What do you imagine his background to be? We obviously didn't get a confirmation but work your imagination.

Also, was he cruel? He was described as using of great cruelty to deal with opposition. But I gues that can be what's expected of a king in a warring time.

We trace paralelas between him and Guts... of We can establish paralels between more than one character, who do you expect that old witch that followed Skull Kinight to be? Casca or the little witch?

I think it's hard to say. It could easily be slander that was spread by Void and the other godhand at the time. Why would people with strong morals like Flora and Danan side with him if he was truly an evil King? I don't see it.

Maybe he changed. But yeah, I think it can be false rumors too. We don't know.

Maybe Skull Knight was more like Griffith in the start and Void more like Guts... but that changed after the eclipse and their roles inverted. That's interesting to think about.

It's possible. Whatever the case, Void's character as a human had him imprisoned by Gaiseric and was capable of using a crimson behelit (if we infer from what the story has implied). It doesn't seem like he was a good guy.

It's a shame because we were about to learn a lot more about that era if the recent flashback was anything to go off. Now it will be speculation for the rest of time.

Someone who can unify warring lands under his rule probably isn't the nicest guy. I imagine him to be a cruel and tyrannical leader.

It's not very useable nowadays. A non-effect fusion monster that doesn't even reach 3000 just isn't powerful enough in modern version of the game.

Skull Knight is Kentaro Miura, after dying he was trapped in that body so he could read loli trash for all eternity.

Skull Knight was definitely like Griffith and Void was definitely like Guts. Skull Knight also most likely killed the four God Hand members that were with Void, so he's probably not as strong as he used to be.
