I almost wish Super Saiyan 1 was retconned to being the former Super Saiyan 2 and they made SSJ2 have long hair like AT says.

I mean he retcons everything else in Super, why would this be different

To be fair though, having some guiding force like him makes a lot more sense than a Godly limit breaking power being the result of just holding hands.

Raditz being an upper level warrior lmao. I bet AT thinks Raditz's power is like 3500.

Considering it's based on that battle power at birth, it makes some sense, which also isn't out of line from what we knew from the Bardock TV special. Raditz simply didn't make the GAINZ to deserve his rank after birth.

I believe so, but let's not forget Raditz described himself as a first-rate warrior after Goku let go of his tail. I can see him having been born with the rank but never had the battle power to prove it after birth being reasonable.

I don't find any of the new info that bad as it helps explains why SSJ is a rarity when all that seems to be required is rage. Don't have too much issue with the concept of S-Cells though it still doesn't justify Caulifla getting the SSJ forms in the span of like a day since there's no way she has more S-Cells than Cabba.

Also, not a fan of Raditz being a high ranked warrior since most supplementary material says he's a low class. I guess the average Saiyan battle power was like 500 or some shit?

Of course he was born with the rank. He was born as a Mystic SSJ3, after all.
