OP doesn't have numbers because a lot of fights are unpredictable. Doflamingo could possibly beat Jozu while Jozu might be too much for Kizaru. It's not to the extent of HxH but it's still very relevant.

Marco's bounty might be lower than Kings tho. Maybe even Queen. Luffy was stated to have the highest bounty at 1.5 billion and Queen is already at 1.32 billion. Bounty means jack.

Current Luffy was still a far cry from defeating Kaido. I believe an admiral would give Kaido more trouble.

Well, I was trying to use some DB gaps logic since OP has barely a system of its own. Since Marco could fight fairly well against both King and Queen, I figured he could hold a gap proportionally bigger than Zarbon and Dodoria vs 24k Vegeta. But then Marco is closing in on Admiral's level... and it doesn't seem the admirals are far off from Kaido. But looking back, Marco at 71 and Kaido at 80 doesn't sit so well.

But I suppose I could have Cracker and Dofla at like 48 or so.
