SSG3 Trunks vs. 50% FPSS Goku

Bored, so let's start this debate again. Forget Trunks' speed drawback here, this is purely power related. I say Trunks is marginally stronger.

I personally look at everyone's total amazement at Goku's 1/2 power the same way I look at the FPSSJ Goku- FPSSJ Gohan situation- as in, Goku already totally shocked everyone with his power before, but Gohan's was able to flabbergast them, and even impress Cell, who hadn't let go of his bias against Gohan until he survived his full-speed attack and wasn't even hurt. Much the same way, Piccolo, Tenshinhan, and Trunks would have either felt or obviously know SSJG3 Trunks' strength, but Goku's power up into 50% made them all **** their pants, and aggravate Vegeta into wanting to train harder to surpass him. That kind of reaction's obviously more than a biggie, and the fact that such amazement struck them all after they've already felt Trunks and Suppressed Cell (who isn't way lower than Trunks' SSJG3 form) shows to me putting that Goku under those two doesn't make much sense. On par, maybe. But Trunks above Goku? Nah, I wouldn't wager on that.

Except the fact that a Suppressed Cell (Who stated that Trunks was far more stronger than he was) was fighting evenly with Goku. With that in mind, Grade 3 Trunks is still physically stronger than a 50% Goku. But Regardless, Goku still wins due to being much faster.

You're wrong... nothing says that Goku ( Warm Up ) = Goku ( 50% ), so no...

The fact still remains that the the same Cell that fought Trunks fought evenly with Goku. Regardless if Goku was 50% or not, it's only fact that Warm-Up Goku and Warm-Up Cell are weaker than Trunks.

You could clearly see Karin is stating 50% SSJ Goku

Even if you believe Karin was talking about Cell's full power, Karin stated Cell is a ''bit'' stronger than Goku. Me and you know FP Cell dwarfs Goku in comparison, so Karin is definitely talking about the power being shown from Cell against Vegeta and Trunks.

Not really since Karin knew that Goku used only 50% of his power... so Karin was comparing Cell to Goku ( Full Power ), unless you think that Perfect Cell [Warm Up] is stronger than Goku MSSJ [100%] which is not true.

There's no way Karin would compare Cell only to 50% Goku, especially when Goku told him that was about half of his power. So Karin was comparing Cell to Goku MSSJ [100%].

I think Karin said "Only a little stronger than you " only as a euphemism. But is clear he is comparing Cell to Goku 100% even more when Goku said shortly following : " I thought so. I guessed right! Thanks, Master Karin ".

Everybody knew Goku was warming up and they thought 50% was his max. So, Goku definitely started at less than 50% against Cell.

Agreed. Goku MSSJ [Warm Up] is not Goku MSSJ [50%].

I also forgot to mention that the Z-Fighters even after witnessing 50% of Goku were still uncertain of whether or not he could beat Cell, SSJG3 Trunks was a certainty and even Trunks himself felt confident in defeating him.

Goku also said he wasn't strong enough to take Cell before he powered up at Karin's place, so I think everyone else had some sort of an idea that what Cell displayed against Vegeta and Trunks was not his all. Trunks even said :

Goku - I won't really know until I try... But as I am now I probably don't have a chance
Vegeta - ... ( Surprised )
Trunks - it's... That powerful ? I was afraid of that...

Therefore Trunks and the other thought when Goku said that that Cell still was not at full power against Trunks. Doesn't affect the 50% Goku > SSJG3 Trunks much.
