Who wins?
The manga/movie verse seems to be together I’d say, why?Does the manga count the same for movie?
Hmm, well I think I'd go the opposite. The manga changes movie things for good reason. The movies don't have a true universe, the manga has a true universe, a movie verse would be very incomplete. There are certain differences but I agree, even-though I’d still take the movie’s version over the manga unless stated otherwise (like if AT’s in his life-time said the manga over-rides the movie), but the manga just added stuff so it might be OK.
Vegeta's durability holds up somewhat better than last time, but he gets bodied when Buu's done playing. Excluding his fleeting moment of rage (which we scan scale because of Roshi's assessment of him), the idea that he surpassed a tier's worth of power doesn't seem implied.
Every fight in modern DB has Goku start in lower forms. “If he were weaker he would’ve transformed” isn’t an argument in DBS.
Remember when SSJ Goku was fighting Majin Doo? And at least that fight happened. Goku vs Boo was cut before it started.
There’s nothing with with Suppressed SSJ Goku ~ Kid Buu. Toyo gave us a great bit of logic with that one.

The intention is that Goku plans on scrapping with Kid Buu in his Super Saiyan form. That’s what is logical for power scaling as well. But he didn’t give anything. He flat out refused to when he had Goten distract Goku.
SSJ Goku has been previously established to be well beyond Freeza. The logical course of action would be to assume Goku was suppressed. Goku also dominated the fight with Freeza the entire time as well.If the image training had ended before Goku killed Freeza, would that mean Goku ~ Freeza?
