It's stupid he never taught the move to any of the other fighters that he trained with. When he personally taught Gohan how to turn SSJ.......

Boo can make Lean GAINZ great enough to beat ToP Arc Base Goku. Why didn't he just fly away and shoot Ki blasts at clay pigeons to become strong enough to stomp Fagetto back in the Boo Arc if that were the case?

Frost is presented as a unique idea of a good Freeza, only for that to be a bait ans switch, making him just a Freeza clone.

The reason for adding him to the story? Giving Vegeta a win against Freeza, even though changing FnF's ending would've resolved that.

Beerus needed to add Monaka as a false source of inspiration for Goku and Vegeta to get stronger, despite their whole deal as rivals being to constantly break through to a new plateau in pursuit of further strength and the existence of someone as strong as Beerus being enough to make this desire grow further.

That would require the writers to be original and not just copy-paste FnF's plot.

Even though, you know, Vegeta has even more of a reason to beef with Freeza than Galu does and Galu already won back on Namek anyways.

LSSJ Kale makes such an impact all the ToP fighters focus on her and Jiren has to deal with her.
A few episodes later, a stronger version of her can't compete with SSG Galu.

That's actually not that stupid considering he was already dying from Black stabbing him through the stomach and using Kaioken Blue fucked him up good after the U6 arc. He really should've just used Kaioken off the bat against Merged Zamasu though.

As for why he spams it in the ToP, I think since the manga introduced CSSJB they started using Kaioken as the anime equivalent, with equally low drawbacks.
