I don't follow the SSJ Vegetto >=< SSJ4 Goku thing, nor do I follow General Rildo > Gohan Buu, really I don't bloat GT as much as others. But I put Super Baby Vegeta above SSJ Vegetto since both Goku and Baby himself said he has the greatest Saiyan power to have existed. But imo Vegetto requires SSJ3 to beat Super Baby Vegeta 2.

Oozaru Baby > SSJ3 Vegetto > Super Baby Vegeta 2 > Super Baby Vegeta > SSJ2 Vegetto > Base Baby Vegeta > Super Vegetto = SSJ3 Baby Saga Goku

SVB1 is the first person to surpass Super Vegetto, not Base Vegeta-Baby.

I don't see a reason to place a large gap between Baby's different forms, since it's just the collected power of those who were complete fodder to him. Whilst the same could be said with SS4 Goku's power ups, those were required to do so for the plot, whereas no mention of Baby's forms being in completely different leagues from eachother are made.

Imo, SS2 Vegetto gives him a taste of what he did to Boo.

If you follow SSJ4 multiplier as 10x then this should be an easy question
Base Vegeto> SSJ3 Goku as shown in DBz ( this means base Vegeto will always be stronger than SSJ3 Goku)
SBV2 also > SSJ3 Goku but obviously a 10x SSJ3 Goku changes that gap
SBV2 is therefor less than 10x SSJ3 Goku.
Following normal multipliers SSJ2 is 100x base
SSJ2 Vegeto is 100x+ stronger than SSJ3 Goku
So if you follow the 10x for SSJ4 this is obvious but I've heard some people say it's a lot more. IDk about that. But I say SSJ2 Vegeto.
I hope your talking about Vegeto from baby saga if not it's doubtable

Yeah, ik you said it was the limits of a sayain right? Limits are changeable though because in That case Vegeta SSJ4 wouldn't be stronger than Oozaru baby. Most people just consider it 10x by default I don't see whats wrong with it.
But in your opinion if SSJ3 Goku is a 1 what do you think SSJ4 Goku is?
I don't think Goku reached upto 100x his SSJ3 strength so I still stick with SSJ2 Vegeto
EDIT: to help me with your opinion I checked your gt battle powers and your Goku SSJ4 isn't upto 100x Goku SSJ3 so I guess we both role with Vegeto?

Base Baby Vegeta ~ Base
Super Baby Vegeta 1 ~ Ssj boost
Super Baby Vegeta 2 ~ Ssj2 boost

That being said, if SBV1 > Ssj Vegetto, then SBV2 > Ssj2 Vegetto.

SBV1 should be a much stronger than that. Goku describe Baby's power "an awesome power" which suggest that Baby is stronger than Vegito by a great deal.

We saw how Piccolo telling that Vegeta surpass Gohan and using the word 'perhaps' implying that their power as close.

Baby on the hand was stated to be an awesome power which suggest that he's good deal stronger than Vegito.
