You're mixing up the Perfect Files with a Korean anime comic. The Perfect Files never suggest that SS4 Goku is only as strong as SS Vegetto.

Also, my mistake. Goku's specific wording was "felt", not "sensed", if that changes anything for you.

Lately I've been thinking about having SBV1 > SSJ3 Vegito but anyway, I'd still say SVB2 is more than enough to one shot SSJ2 Vegito.
