Super-Saiyan 3 Vegetto (Boo Saga) vs 3rd Form Freeza (FnF Saga)

SSJ Vegetto is enough to stomp imo. 1st form Freeza isn't implied to be much higher than Ultimate Gohan, if at all, whilst the gap between Freeza's true form and lower forms could easily have been increased.

What about that it seems as if Freeza is the highest power he cast ever sensed?

Piccolo's statement about Freeza being on a completely different level seems more in context of Freeza's previous power rather than what they'd sensed in general. I don't think the statement was even carried over to the Super anime, from what I recall.
