I honestly blame that on CIS. Gotenks is especially prone to holding back whole fucking transformations just to enhance the suspense.

I don't think Freeza quite makes the cut in just his third form. There is a massive gap between Freeza's third form and true form, so his third form can still be below Vegetto, while still having his true form above SSj God.

Let's assume Gohan regained Ultimate level strength by using SS, that would mean First Form Freeza needs to be about Bootenks level to curb stomp him the way he did. With that in mind, and assuming Freeza's first three forms give incremental increases like on Namek, I think Vegetto can take this.

I don't think Gohan was quite at his ultimate strength yet (stronger than SSJ Gotenks though), but agreed - Freeza was probably above Boo arc Ultimate Gohan given that Vegeta doesn't berate Gohan for weakening like against Dabra and Gohan doesn't think to himself that he wouldn't be struggling if he hadn't lost power. SSJ3 Vegetto should take this, but won't be by far imo.

4th Form Frieza = Base Goku > SSJG Goku. Unless the multiplier is nerfed, 3rd form Frieza doesn't need to be nearly as powerful as SSJ3 Vegetto.

SSJ Vegetto is enough to stomp imo. 1st form Freeza isn't implied to be much higher than Ultimate Gohan, if at all, whilst the gap between Freeza's true form and lower forms could easily have been increased.
