Tenshinhan dodged Gero's laser in a similar timeframe to what Goku did and with far less effort, suggesting he's at least as strong as Sick Goku and Kuririn should vicariously be above that.

Since you acknowledge Daizenshuu 2's entries saying Gohan hasn't changed besides weakening as a SSJ2, why does Base/SSJ1 Gohan get weaker after the Cell Games?

I'd still see his Ki lowering by a little regardless of his body staying in shape as a loss of his fighting instincts would logically cause a slight drop in shouki.

According to official sources, Bubbles is 1k and Gregory is 1.1k, so more or less comparable to Gregory when catching Bubbles and somewhere above Gregory when hitting him but not by an overwhelming degree most likely.

Do not forget that he was wearing Heavy Clothes, therefore it is as you say multiplied by 1.25x.

Any numbers the Afterlife Budokai bit?

Wasn't he without his weights when he catches Bubbles?

Considering interpreting that set of events can go two ways (and one route is Weighted Paikuhan > SPC), too much of a head case to bother with if wanting to cover both interpretations.

Then Kaio forced Goku to wear the Heavy Clothes.

Do you think Boo arc Kuririn could be >>> his Cell arc self since he might have trained with #18 once in a while? We know for a fact they did train together for the Budokai, at least.

They were only seen training together in the anime.

As Kenshi said, that's just for the anime. There is the theory that he may have gotten stronger than his Cell Arc self due to Marron's age implying he didn't settle down with #18 straight away, but that's assuming he only gave up training once marrying #18 and there's no real evidence for him having become stronger since the Cell Arc. If anything, secondary sources like Super go against the notion with how him slacking off is often brought up.

Plus for Yamcha to even be aware of Kuririn's new "full power" you'd have to argue that Kuririn was literally going full power to stomp Punta lol. Cell arc Kuririn > Tenshinhan is pretty clear.

Since you’ve clearly bothered with amplified blast levels, why didn’t you give numbers for Gohan and Cell’s beam struggle? Isn’t it important since the peak power Piccolo and Vegeta (the ones who used CG Gohan as a measure stick) sensed from Gohan was from his Kamehameha?

Only noticed this until now due to how inconsistent the new board's notifications are.
Ki amplification seems to be pretty plot dependent, considering Galu's Kamehameha against Freeza didn't seem to up his power at all when Freeza doesn't seem to have any skill in amplifying his beyond his 100%, so I take the initial approach of it being a concentration of one's full Ki unless feats and statements specifically note otherwise for a character. For a more in-universe explanation, SS2 is already a form that amplifies Ki far beyond the natural means with increased levels of damage and Cell's biology is its own thing entirely, so it wouldn't be absolutely necessary for their Kamehamehas to be significantly beyond that.

Isn’t Dabra a bit too close to Vegeta to be considered total trash?
Leaving aside how gaps are plot dependent, this is assuming Vegeta's statement was 100% accurate, which is questionable at best with things such as how Dabura later treats Gohan as a complete non-threat (Shin and Gohan even focusing more on Gohan's necessity to get angry) and it being questionable how much of their different conditions at the end of the match can be chalked up to Dabura having better stamina/skill.

I rechecked your List and realized that:

1.- You should put Mr. Popo a little below 250 (due to what we will owe on another occasion).

2.- There is no reason to have the Humans in the Arc Freeza, inferior to those who were in the Anime. Tenshinhan should be over 80,000 and Yamcha should be over 50,000. With the Power Level you have Piccolo (Pre Nail), he still easily beats Tenshinhan.

3.- You have Chaoz (Arc Boo) with 9,150, when you should have him with 14,640. A typographical error.

4.- If you had Vegetto SSJ with a multiplier of 50x, you could easily have Goku Base (Arc Super # 17)> Vegetto SSJ (Boo), as is presumed with the first one easily shaking the Other World. A more incredible feat than Gohan Boo (Enraged).

5.- In EoZ you should have a little more powerful to Pan, Trunks and Goten, considering that the peak of at least the last 2, they must surpass Piccolo (EoZ). Piccolo felt that he couldn't compete against the Saiyans.

There's no reason to necessitate Kuririn being above his 75k reading during the battle against Freeza, yet he should be significantly above the other humans given this was likely the point where he gained the superiority he'd have until the end of the Boo Arc, something harder to swallow if Tenshinhan was catching up with Kaio's training. Piccolo can't be used as a measuring stick either as what we see of his manga self had him doing different training to the others.
I could, but that would be concerning the GT list, not this one.

That would be for their anime selves, not to mention Piccolo wouldn't be aware of a non-SSJ rule being in place whether it was or not.
