Moro was stated to still be weaker than the PSSJBs, so he should switch places with Toppo.

That was before his last power ups, now that he has regained his youth he is much powerful and its stated that Goku has no chance of defeating him after Moro absorbed Planet Zoon's energy.

I'm pretty sure this is the screenshot you're referring to. This doesn't have to be about raw power considering Moro's magic, which has given him victory against SSJBE Vegeta when he was way weaker.

I think Vegetto is still the highest. Gogeta's 2nd, but it really depends on how much they smoke.
