UI multiplier?

Does it even have one? UI looked quite impressive at the ToP, but no so much in the Moro Saga. Unless SSJBE Vegeta was piss weak, or Vegeta was >>> SSJB Goku or something.

I think they are separate things. The better the UI is mastered, the stronger the UI state becomes. Goku when training with Merus, managed to become very strong in his Base forms and SSJs.

Goku and Vegeta increased their powers many times by training with Merus and Yadart respectively, while I don't think UI Goku (Moro) is more than twice as powerful as UI Goku (ToP).

Yeah if it’s a fixed multiplier then UI Sign Goku would be stronger than Jiren, and I don’t think that’s implied. Unless MUI is also several times above Sign, but that’s not suggested either.

Goku's first use of Sign was only momentary, he couldn't even stabilize it long enough to avoid Jiren's second hit. Since we know Grand Priest >> Whis > Merus > Galu > Moro both in power and UI proficiency, it stands to reason that Galu's increasing mastery of UI caused power bloat.
