I'd say Base Vegetto (Android arc) is probably above SSJ2 Kid Gohan/SPC but I doubt he would match SSJ3 Goku (Boo arc)

Possibly, but then again probably not. I dont have any specific Fusion multiplier so I'm just basing it off how much stronger Vegetto is compared to their Individual selves.

Base Saiyans from Boo Arc who are weaker than Frieza [cough* cough*] would give Super Boo a hell of a fight when they fuse, that's how great fusion is.
