I mean the moment when Goku tells Freezer that it is not worth fighting him anymore, because using his 100% for a long time, his very muscular body is wearing on Namek.

If Freezer had let Goku escape and then trained, what would have happened?

FnF happens far earlier, but this time Freeza's 1st form is enough to kill everyone. He then goes searching for New Namek in order to retry to gain immortality. If he encounters Babidi and Dabura, he deals with them effortlessly. Everything goes well for Freeza until Beerus wakes up wanting to destroy him, ending his reign there. With no Super Saiyan God to look for in this timeline, Beerus just ventures the Universe for food to eat and Planets to destroy.

-Super logic: Golden Freeza screws everybody.
-Canon logic: Goku and Freeza have a rematch on Earth, 1 year later,
but Goku still wins. The rest of the series goes as we know it.
