What if Boo passed the written test and went onto fight the U6 team?

1. Botamo

2. Frost (1st Form, 3rd Form, Final Form)

3. Magetta

4. Base/SSJ Cabba

5. Hit

Where would you guys say Boo scales to these guys power-wise and would he be able to defeat any of them?

Is there any reason to believe that Boo was superior to his Z self at this point? If not, he gets stomped by Botamo..

Goku and the others did seem kind of bummed about losing Boo and he seemed more excited about recruiting Boo than Piccolo. For me it says more about the U6 fighters not having to be much higher than the Boo arc mid tiers.

If Piccolo could keep up with Frost, then Majin Boo himself can do fairly well. He’d stop at either Magetta or Hit.

I don't think he could get past Botamo due to his massively low IQ. Plus I'm pretty sure the likes of Candy Beam and absorption are banned.

There isn't, and I'd agree with this in terms of raw power. Due to Boo's abilities though, KOing him in a tournament setting would be very difficult and he could potentially get up to Hit due to that alone.

Boo wouldn't need to be relevant in power to them (something that's already apparent through several more relevant feats and statements) to be considered a major loss. Tournament rules means ringout would be the only way of defeating him, something very difficult to do to someone who has infinite stamina. It's also very unlikely Goku was aware of Piccolo's gains prior to recruiting him when having spent most of his time away on Beerus' planet.

They don't have to KO him though, they simply need to throw him out of the ring. I guess since this is Super the entire U6 team might be too stupid to do this - given the shock when Goku did it to Botamo.

That was a typo on my part, I meant ringout :facepalm.
Even then, I'd say that would be incredibly difficult for anyone but Hit with his Time Skip due to Boo's infinite stamina as long as he's aware ringouts mean a loss.

I think it depends if Frost poison works on Majin Boo, which it probably won’t. I could see him even getting past Magetta since Boo is quick to pass insults.

Mr. Boo is insignificant compared to Botamo and the others, but most likely he would have a giant axed for no reason and would have been relatively relevant in said tournament.
