And he came to spend the day on earth with Goku to take part in the tournament.
What would be the biggest change?

Then he gets turned into a stone by Dabura and will have to return back to the other-world after Goku.

Pikkon follows the crew in the spaceship. Maybe he takes
one of the Saiyans' place in the fights, depending on the
rock paper scissors game's results.
When Vegeta and Goku are transported to the desert to
fight, Pikkon joins Gohan and Kaioshin. He and Gohan
decide to fight Dabura together, but, before they can
do so, Buu awakens.
Then, Pikkon is either killed by Buu and erased from
existence or survives and goes back to Otherworld.
All in all, Pikkon's presence wouldn't have essentially
affected the plot.

Yeah but....what if Pikkon goes to one-shot Dabura and Babidi the moment he sees them like he did with cold and Frieza?

He won't since Kaioshin would be there who is greater than Grand Kai himself. He'll act like Piccolo who waited there only to get turned into a stone.

He'd flash his big green hang me down and turn Dabura into a stone cold queen!

Purely depends on how Babidi/Dabura gauged the 3 strongest fighters. If it were based on their full power, than Paikuhan gets the Piccolo treatment. If it's just based on how much Ki were letting leak, I could see Paikuhan being picked instead of Gohan, since if M12 is anything to go by, he got similar gains to Goku from the Other World training. I'll go with the latter, since it's more interesting.
That said, Paikuhan fights Dabura and kills him after removing his weights, thereby causing one of two scenarios. Either Babidi accepts his fate and the story ends here until Super, in which the lack of a living Goku means Beerus destroys Earth due to some pudding, or Babidi realises Vegeta's hidden evil on his own, possibly through Vegeta being annoyed that there's someone else of comparable strength aside from Goku.

In the latter scenario, Majin Vegeta happens, though Babidi is left defenceless and killed by Paikuhan, Kaioshin, Gohan or Piccolo. However, Boo still revives as a result of Goku and Vegeta's battle. It's most likely that Piccolo, being in the open, gets blasted off but barely survives via regeneration, whilst Gohan and Kaioshits get the same treatment as in canon. As for Paikuhan, either he survives barely due to Boo playing around, or dies permanently and things go as usual. With the former, he'd likely last long enough for Vegeta to arrive and things then play out as normal. Only difference is that he's have more time than Galu due to not burning up time with SS3, so we may see a Piccolo/Paikuhan fusion when they teach the kids.

Assuming he didn't die again on Buu Arc,how you guys think he'd be treated on Super?

He's already dead though. :wtf

Assuming they wish him back to life and have him live on Earth though, he'd probably just be a second Piccolo until the U6 Tournament. Maybe he'd train with Gohan and Piccolo, thus getting the same kind of gains as U6 Arc Pickle Man and making good ol' Big Green even stronger, the latter of which might allow Piccolo to win against Frost, though likely still be too fatigued to beat Magetta. Still doesn't change much in the long run, since assuming Vegeta's turn goes uninterrupted, Paikuhan's main goal here would be being fodderised by Hit.
He'd be irrelevant in the Zamasu Arc, so the best he'd provide beyond the U6 Arc as of what we know would probably be replacing Boo in the ToP instead of Freeza. Considering he's far weaker than Freeza though, this could prove crucial if Freeza does anything beneficial for Team U7 as a whole later on.
