What would have happened if Frieza and Goku had died with the Namek explosion?

How the story would have played out, assuming Vegeta doesn't mention the idea of transferring Goku's soul to Earth and then reviving him.

In this story, Goku, Frieza and Krillin remain dead.

Piccolo never trains with Goku, so even if he fuses with Kami he remains weak. Vegeta may never unlock SSJ.

Since he doesn’t have to give Goku the medicine I don’t know when exactly Trunks arrives, but if he doesn’t kill 19 and 20 he still finds the remote control to destroy 17 and 18. Imperfect Cell (Post absorptions) kills everyone since only Goku knew about the Rosat.

I'm not so sure Vegeta would kill everyone. If anything he'd probably force Dr. Brief to build him a spaceship and/or the gravity chamber, since having Goku attain the SSJ first obviously hurt his pride and he'd want to surpass Kakarrotto even if Goku is dead. Since he hadn't succeeded by the time Cold arrived in canon I think they'd be fucked unless Trunks also appeared in this timeline though.

And why do you think Vegeta wouldn't kill the Z Fighters? Do you think he got attached to them?

If Goku, Krillin and Frieza died then King Cold probably wouldn't come to earth with Mecha Frieza or Trunks would have come to the past for nothing which in turn means Dr. Gero would still create and re-program Android 17 and 18 into hating everyone humanity and Gero himself which would lead to the doctor's death and the doom of earth all together I.E everyone would die If we're not including Cell and Majin Buu as overkill.
