Ghost in the shell was good aside from half of the anime being filler episodes.

Ghost in the Shell, Yu Yu Hakusho, the post-Lust parts of FMA/B, Vinland Saga, Planetes and anything with Gundam in it basically. There are also OVAs and movies that improve upon the source material, but I can't be fucked to list em all.
