What's the power difference between Pui and Vegeta?

Kaioshin is still overestimating Pui Pui if he is so impressed at base Vegeta's powers after sensing Gohan's.
He's not overestimating Pui Pui, he has a better take on Pui Pui's power at the time than Gohan's.

Also, you could Pui Pui in the tens of millions or so and that'd be fine...like I said, 10g still throws people like Kid Gohan for a loop.
No, because then Base Vegeta isn't impressive. Base Vegeta is only impressive because of WHO he beat.

He is. Again, why is he so surprised at base Vegeta when he wasn't by SSJ2 Gohan?

Kaioshin seems to reveal that he didn’t full sense his power later in the ship. Also he didn’t witness Gohans speed, whereas he fully witnessed what Vegeta could do.

No, he said that may not even be his full power. That's different.

Come to think of it, he was hard to hold back. He doesn’t seem to remember sending him all too well, also Kaioshins ki sensing seems wacky. But watching an actual fight is easy.

So he sensed a 1000 power but is impressed by a 100 power because of the latter's speed? He didn't know what the 1000 power could do way more? Come on now.

Kaioshin made all his statements about Pui Pui before the fight occurred.

No, because then Base Vegeta isn't impressive. Base Vegeta is only impressive because of WHO he beat.
If Kaioshin expects a 300 and Vegeta shows him 500, he's impressive.

Well he doesn’t think Ssj2 Gohan can beat Dabura so he didn’t sense Gohan all that accurately

You assume it is wacky, that's the difference. He was abysmed by Goku's SSJ2 burst of power. He sensed that accurately.

No he makes the ever important quote right after Pui Pui’s death. “They’re that strong?”

Because he expected a 300, and Vegeta showed him 500. (Or something like 800 or thereabouts.) That is a statement about Vegeta.

Exactly. Why would Vegeta use 800 on someone who is 10?

It makes no difference if he uses 800 or 30. Freeza didn't have to use 60 against Goku's 3. The idea that he should use the minimal amount of power necessary is the kind of thing that only the fandom comes up with. That ain't evidence.

No, because 18,000 is weak sauce. But if he did it with 30 billion, then maybe.

Vegeta needs to use a power that greatly exceeds Kaioshin's own power for Kaioshin to be impressed since Kaioshin already expects them to be more powerful than himself.
