I only have Super Buu as 4 times stronger than SSJ3 Goku, I don't see why people feel the need to make him retardedly powerful like that.

There is nothing that says the Super Saiyan multipliers decrease after fusion, and SSJ Gotenks (Pre ROSAT) is already stated to be stronger than SSJ3 Goku.
