Jiren (Initial) defeated Goku SSJB Kaioken x20 with extreme ease, later Goku thought that with the Genkidama he could finish off Jiren. Which means that the Spirit Bomb must be tens of times stronger than Goku SSJB Kaioken x20.
In Chapter 116 of the Anime, Whis mentions that Kefla SSJ is at the level of the Genkidama. Everything seems to indicate that the reason why Kefla SSJ easily hit Goku SSJB Kaioken x20 was because he was caught off guard.
Later, in the fights against U3, SSJB Goku and SSJB Vegeta are shown on the same level and in their fight against Agnilasa, Golden Frieza, Ultimate Gohan and Android #17 they seem to be semi relevant compared to SSJB Goku and SSJB Vegeta. .
On the other hand, in Chapter 120 of the Anime, Goku mentions that he regained a bit of his stamina, which may mean that Goku SSJB (Vs Agnilasa) was nowhere near fighting with his true power as SSJB.
I see 2 possible scenarios:
1.-) Kefla SSJ at the end of their fight became multiple times stronger and surpassed the power of Goku SSJB Kaioken x20 (Vs Kefla) by far and it would not be strange for Goku to survive, because Goku has survived hits with the low guard against opponents tremendously more powerful than Goku, for example Goku Base survived Jiren's punch at the end of Manga Chapter 39, when Goku was prepared to dodge it in his UI Sign form.
2-) Goku was strengthened dozens of times in his fight against Kefla and Goku SSJB Kaioken x20 (Peak against Kefla) reached a power similar to that of the Genkidama. SSJB Goku did not manage to use even his 1/10 part of his true power as SSJB against Agnilasa, because he was completely exhausted and only at the beginning of Chapter 122 of the Anime had he fully recovered.
