Who has more potential: Kuririn or Tenshinhan?

I am always thinking Kuririn judging by how he was able to stay the strongest human after his potential was unlocked but I just remembered Tenshinhan was a damn prodigy back in the original DB. He learned the Kamehameha just by seeing it twice within a few days. He created one of the most busted techniques, the Kikoho while it draws on his lifespan it has considerable power considering it was able to do anything to Semi Cell who had an ENORMOUS power gap over Ten.

It's not proven Krillin was still stronger than Tien.

Tenshinhan has more of his potential realized. Krillin has more latent potential.
