Who has more potential: Kuririn or Tenshinhan?

I am always thinking Kuririn judging by how he was able to stay the strongest human after his potential was unlocked but I just remembered Tenshinhan was a damn prodigy back in the original DB. He learned the Kamehameha just by seeing it twice within a few days. He created one of the most busted techniques, the Kikoho while it draws on his lifespan it has considerable power considering it was able to do anything to Semi Cell who had an ENORMOUS power gap over Ten.

It's not proven Krillin was still stronger than Tien.

Tenshinhan has more of his potential realized. Krillin has more latent potential.

Tenshinhan did until Krillin had his potential unlocked by Master Molester Guru. Tenshinhan was always several steps ahead of Krillin in DB and was still a step ahead after Kami's training. It wasn't until Toriyama decided that Krillin would be more relevant to the plot that his potential surpassed Tenshinhan's.

Tbf Kuririn was still a kid by the time of Ten's introduction. Tenshinhan was older and closer to his physical prime throughout DB. The BoZ numbers already has Kuririn closing the gap between them with him being right in the middle of him and Yamcha's pls when in DB he rivaled Yamcha.

Likely Krillin in base stats. Tien comes off better (although futile) against opponents with a massive lead, but at the cost of life energy.
