I'm not convinced on who's Luffy's archenemy. I thought BB was since he was the responsible of Ace's capture and I was set on that, but the way Akainu killed Ace in front of Luffy in that way with Luffy having a mental collapse afterwards makes his side very convincing too. I also think the WG should have a more prominent role at the end getting in Luffy's way with the whole lost century and truth hidden.

In all seriousness I think Blackbeard will be defeated first as the final Yonko Luffy has to overcome (likely after he has assassinated Shanks), after which the admirals of the Marines will serve as agents for the head of the Tenryujin, the final boss (who may not be necessarily the final opponent for Luffy to "fight" per se)

I think it would be odd for the government to be dismantled before Luffy and Blackbeard square off. Luffy will likely become the Pirate King after that goes down, and the government will probably be the final foe. I find it laughable that the Admirals will be much of a threat at that point in time though.

Akainu being the final villain instead of Blackbeard is actually a solid prediction. Luffy cares more about defeating Akainu than defeating Blackbeard from what we've seen, and Whitebeard of all people said the World Government is the bigger evil in comparison to pirates.

Maybe Akainu cybernetically alters his body like SSjin 3 Kibito's father Kuma to allow him to consume multiple fruits like Teach, allowing him to consume the fruits of the other admirals and Aokiji, allowing him to fight on par with Luffy

A more likely scenario would be that Luffy is more or less top dog of the world in fighting prowess after defeating the Yonko and becoming Pirate King, but Gear abuse and the adrenaline he received from Ivankov proves to be his undoing, weakening him enough that the three admirals are a challenge similar to what happened with Whitebeard. The ending will most likely be that Luffy and Dragon announce that the age of the World Government has ended, and each nation will now be allowed to go its separate ways and the erased history is revealed as per Robin's wish, with Luffy perhaps feeding his kid the Flare-Flare fruit if Sabo has died by then in memoriam of his two brothers.
