Will Enel return?

If so, when? Is the moon Pluton? Does Blackbeard use his fruit to bring the moon down and that causes Enel to arrive?Does he move the moon and make the calm belts into normal parts of the ocean? Do the SHs destroy the moon?

I don't see why he wouldn't. If Oda wanted him to be forgotten he wouldn't have devoted several title page chapters to his actions post-Skypiea. He'll probably return with a power up like every other part 1 character.

I heard a theory that the other entrance to Skypeia involves the big tree at Elbaf, so perhaps Enel will appear there. Don't remember the details though.

When they were on their way off Fishman Island it was mentioned there was an island that rains lightning... or was it when that Supernova (the huge bulky one) was about to get ready for some important battle? Idk exactly but it's mentioned in one of those instances.

Enel will return, although similarly to Crocodile and Rob Lucci, there's not much left for him to do in the story.
