Vegetto wins with low-diff, even 2 on 1, though considering that MSSB Goku can somewhat be considered the equivalent of Kaioken Blue (ie. 2x SSB) and still be relevant to SSG Vegetto via scaling, it seems the Base Vegetto >> SS3 Galu scaling of the Boo Arc was probably dropped in Super.

Merged Zamasu was superior to SSjB Goku in the manga, while Toppo is equal or a bit stronger judging by Goku's uncertainty in his ability to beat him. I'm assuming this isn't Mutated Zamasu, of course.

They seemed to be completely equal as far as raw power goes.

Assuming Gohan can break through Hit's Time Leap Dimension and counter him like SSB Goku did, seeing as how they're about equal, he could force a tie, otherwise Hit would win with extreme-diff.

Though, Frieza might be able to get away with a sneaky win if he busts the planet before Goku finishes him off, as Goku wouldn't be able to survive in space for long unlike the tyrant.

I think Vegeta would've just kept using SSG rather than SSB bursts if he were capable of defeating Black as a SSG. Black wins with high-diff.

I have Cell Perfecto comfortably stronger than Broly LSSJ (M8). I think this version of Roshi is at the level of Perfect Cell, but as the latter has super regeneration and better techniques, Perfect Cell (FP) would win.

Gotenks Boo mid-diffs. He can low diff Ultimate Gohan, and assuming SSj3 Goku >= Ultimate Gohan in the R.B continuity, it should be a moderately difficult fight for Boo IMO.

LSSJ Broly was able to defeat SSJ2 Teen Gohan, which would probably make him noticeably stronger than SSJ3 Gotenks (that I don't have much stronger than Goku). And Goku (What-If) is even stronger than that ? Well, Boo is dead.
