I have something stronger to Freezer Third Form. It is true that Piccolo increased its power a lot thanks to the energy that gave Gohan and Krilin, then Piccolo continued training, but I do not think it has increased much power. I have Piccolo (M5) comfortably stronger than Sauzer. I have something like this:

Piccolo (Post Neil) = 1,750,000
(Post Energies of Gohan and Krillin) = 2,900,000
(M5) = 3,072,000

Third Form Freezer = 2,500,000,000
Freezer Fourth Form (Initial) = 4,000,000

Vegeta (Post Zenkai) = 4.400.000
Sauzer = 2.457.600

  As for Dabura Kaioken vs. Vegeta SSJ (Boo)?

  I say Dabura wins easily, because Vegeta SSJ was not tremendously superior to Dabura, I have Dabura with at least 70% of the power of Vegeta SSJ (Boo).
