I guess Slim Boo would stomp everyone. Base Goku is far more powerful than he was in U6.

I assume you're not talking about Pure Evil Boo(if that's the case, Botamo one-shots), but rather DBS's skinny Boo. In that case, he wins IMO.

Thor oneshots due his feat of destroying Sokovia. Taopaipai's far superior speed would be meaningless when he can't do anything with it. If it's Cyborg Tao, however, he might win with the Super Dodonpa after wearing Thor down through speedblitzing him.

Piccolo (Fateful Brothers) VS Saibaman
- In this what if from BT2, Piccolo was strong enough to injure an off-guard Raditz, as well as defeat his Saibaman. Assume Raditz's Saibaman was weaker than that of Nappa's batch, let's say half as strong, given he was able to survive it's Self-Destruct when it turned against him.

Thor's feat isn't really that impressive considering that Sokovia was only 2km wide according to WOG. Even if you assume Kame-sennin's moonbuster was an outlier, 2km would be like destroying a mountain. I think Tao Pai Pai could do that.

About your match: going by the stipulations you've set up, Piccolo loses IMO. 2x is a really big difference, and Piccolo only needs to be a bit stronger than a Saibaman to defeat it.

Future 17 vs. Ginger-Town Imperfect Cell

Gingertown Cell wins with mid diff. The Future Androids are supposed to be = Goku and Vegeta, while Cell is strong by a good amount. Cell also is a good fighter, while 17 is arrogant.

If Chaotsu wins, then he fights FP Old Daimao.

Chaozu definitely beats <50% Daimao, though not sure about his full power. I'd be inclined to say so though, considering the rest of the group rival or surpass Prime Piccolo Daimao at that point and he wasn't so far behind them at the 22nd TB as to have become an ant just yet.

- In this scenario, Base Gohan was capable of defeating 4th form Coola.

I'd say the latter is more unlikely. Considering Frieza's cruel actions and evil nature, as well as the previous chances he was given to change which he ended up declining, he doesn't seem like someone that would become genuinely good, whereas the writers of Super could squeeze in some more hints for Goku to understand the Monaka facade.

Whis (M14) vs Kaioken Beerus (M14)

- Whis can't use his time reversal hax.

Including Anime feats, Coola's Supernova gave SSJ Goku a lot of difficulty, whereas Trunks stopped Freeza's pretty casually. M5 Goku ought to be comparable to his Yardrat Arc self at least imo, given he had quite some time to train after defeating Freeza and was confirmed to have become stronger since then by Roshi.
