Considering it's implied that Gohan is relatively close to Trunks and Vegeta in Movie 9 prior to his rage boost, we can either go with the father-son duo being far stronger than at the Cell Games (which with how Vegeta had quit fighting, is unlikely) or Gohan is far weaker like his Boo Arc self. I'd probably go with the latter, so Gohan wins with high-diff at most.

Depends what the limits are to the battle. If it's no holds barred, Boo wins via chocolate beam. If it's ToP rules, #18 wins by using the Kienzan to sever Boo and kicks him out the ring whilst he's regenerating. If it's win by KO, then I'd probably say Boo wins with extreme-diff, since unless chalking up #18's performance against Majora as being off guard, it's harder to place her as far above Base Goku as to get a ringout against him in a few seconds, though that may change if we get more solid evidence of her being in the same tier as her bro.

I think Baby has a good enough lead on them to win this. Enraged Buuhan's out of control behaviour would hold Vegito and himself back from executing a good team strategy.
