Considering Piccolo's gainz on Kaio's planet, I don't have much problem with rolling with the Ginyu filler as a good benchmark for the humans either after 6 days or at the end of their training with Kaio, so Chaozu ends up being well beyond the 10k ballpark. With 3 years of intense training for the Artificial Humans on top of that, I'd say he can stomp Vegeta.

- It's worth noting Freeza was shocked Goku could easily beat these 4.

Gero also took a punch from Goku before making that statement and didn't believe himself to be corrected until Goku went SSJ, so that stance of his was loose at best.

Depends on a few factors in the battlefield, such as if there's enough space and cover for Piccolo to charge up a Makankosappo in the style he did against Frost, or if Piccolo's aware of the Bankoku Bikkuri Sho or Yoiko Minmin-ken. Those two techniques could give Roshi a definite edge. I'm assuming he isn't, or at least doesn't have a counter for them like he does for the Mafuba, so Roshi wins 60-70% of the time.
