Piccolo Daimao by far in virtue of not recycling plot from earlier arcs, far less asspull power ups and holes on power scale. Not to mention Piccolo was a far more treatening villian than Freeza and the Dragon Balls wasn't as much of a plot armor.

Even taking Gero's calculations into account (seriously, how could another suppressed Piccolo bring him from under FP Piccolo to above SS Vegeta?), I would still assume Gohan makes up the majority of (Gohan + Tenshinhan + Krillin ~ suppressed Piccolo), so Goku would win pretty easily.

Gohan and Krillin stomps individually. For Vegeta to consider their powers to be game-changers against Freeza (530k), while scoffing at the mere idea that Zarbon could be of any use to him, both of them should be way above 30k.
