I think South kaioshin was maybe even with Kid Boo, as it's demonstrated he's willing to absorb a weaker opponent like the Dai Kaioshin. He loses out to Gotenks, but it'd be mid-diff as Gotenks is a moron.

Can Goku and Vegeta individually access SSJ2?If so, then I think they can give Boo somewhat of a fight.
