Eh, tough one. I generally put SSJ Gotenks (Pre) on the same level as SSJ3 Goku and Kid Buu isn't someone you can beat with equal power. If Gotenks doesn't screw around hits him with a few Kamikazee Ghost Attacks than I can see him winning but otherwise I'd give it to Kid Buu.

Hmm, it seems to me SSJB Goku had a slightly advantage over Hitto, and I think by that time SSJB Goku surpassed Golden Freeza by a noticeable amount, even more when we're no longer stuck by the 6/10/15 scale. Hitto wins.
