If it's Hit at the start of the tournament, he loses. He doesn't have any organs to work with and Cooler's regeneration gives him a huge advantage. Hit never showed off any beam attacks that could affect his entire body at once, so he's at a unique disadvantage compared to anyone else. If it's Hit at the end, though, he wins. Regeneration doesn't work if you don't have time to use it, and Hit at the end could deal tons of blows in one time-stop.

Base Goku (DBS) vs Ultimate Gohan (Buu Arc).

GT Piccolo, GT Cell, and GT Frieza vs an army of Buuhans.

Pretty sure this would be a walk in the park for Piccolo, Cell, and Frieza; the trio was implied to be several notches stronger than RIld, who in his mere base form was already stated to be stronger than Buu.

The implication I got was that Piccolo was at least a few tiers stronger than HF#17, whereas Vegeta was merely on par with the latter. Piccolo probably has a slight advantage power level-wise, so I'd say he has this; unless for some reason, Vegeta wasn't going all out against HF#17 and actually has a large reserve of unseen power.

Base Goku (Super 17 arc) > Piccolo (Super 17 arc) > / = Base Vegeta (Super 17 arc) > / = HF#17

Btw, GT Vegeta is one of my favorite characters; they did a remarkable job with his persona and overall character development.

Piccolo, Cell, and Frieza win effortlessly in my opinion. Base Gohan is probably Buutenks - Buuhan tier, and both SSJ Trunks / Goten are likely only a notch or two stronger than Ultimate Gohan (Buu arc); neither one of those calibers would even faze Piccolo, Cell, and Frieza, as the trio was probably several tiers stronger than Buuhan by that point.

Base Gohan (S17) vs. Base Rild.

They fought in the Super 17 arc and Rild apparently had the upper hand; the only way Gohan would win is if he either went SSJ or obtained some kind of rage boost.

GT Piccolo, GT Frieza, and GT Cell vs SSJ Vegetto (Buu arc)

The team wins in my opinion; their collective power levels are likely far above anything SSJ Vegetto could muster. Heck, I'm beginning to wonder if they could win individually.

Hmmm.....I'd say Piccolo > Cell = SSJ Vegito > Frieza. So yeah the trio stomp together, Piccolo could probably stomp solo also Cell might struggle a bit on his own but thanks to his regen and large skill pool he could pull the win. Frieza has a minor power disadvantage against the fusion but sadly he lacks the skill to make up for it so he'd lose rather quickly.

Tien (Bojack Movie) vs Initial Semi-Perfect Cell

Yeah basically how I see the trio power-wise. The only difference is, I have Frieza on par with, if not a tad stronger than Cell, based on feats; his blasts caused Goku to wince and he was able to hold his own in a brief hand to hand scuffle.

Semi-perfect Cell one-shots in my opinion.

That said, if Base Trunks was going all out, Tien, who was able to tangle with him, should be a few tiers under Final Form Frieza 50%. With such a high power level fueling his Shin Kikoho, he could probably inflict more notable damage on Semi-perfect Cell; not sure if he could actually come out victorious though.

GT Piccolo, Cell and Frieza vs Super Bebi Vegeta 1

Piccolo alone should be a notch or two stronger; with the help of Cell and Frieza, this would be a rather easy win for his team in my opinion. HF#17 fought evenly with Base Vegeta (Super 17 arc), who likely retained the power he had as Baby Vegeta 1. Piccolo on the other hand was presumably strong enough to keep HF#17 and all his villainous comrades in check.

Piccolo (no weights) > Piccolo (weights) > / = Base Vegeta = HF#17 > Frieza / Cell > Rild

or if we assume Base Vegeta wasn't going all out against HF#17:

Piccolo (no weights) = Base Vegeta (full power) > Piccolo (weights) > / = Base Vegeta (suppressed) = HF#17 > Frieza / Cell > Rild
