Cell one-shots. Semi Perfect Cell is millions of times stronger than Raditz, and I seriously doubt SSJ4 is anything close to a million time multiplier.

Falls after a nut shot. Ginyu Tagoma might be a good match though. Beats him if it's pre-RoSat Gotenks though.

^^ This is impossible to answer. SSj4 is canonically a limit boost, and we don't know Raditz's limits.
^ Gotenks blinks him out with an uncharged blast. In order for Super Boo to win he'd need to use the same power as against SSj Gotenks(Post)

^I pretty much agree Super Janemba is below SSJ Gotenks Post...Actually, i think Gotenks would do the same thing Gogeta did to him in almost the same scale, however, Gotenks seemed to be nerfed as hell in the movie. He was taken out in one blow while Goku, who is pretty much nothing to him, was able to take a punch from Hirudegarn.

For your match, Gotenks would be taken out easily(as much as it pains me to say it since Gotenks is one of my fav characters) Turn him into SSj3 and maybe he can win...it is all on the powerscaling and how much power Rild was suppressing when he took that blow.

Kaioken x20 Goku would be considerably weaker than warm up Cell, as I have the latter at 50% MSSJ Goku level or CG Goku Kaioken x25. Add the strain and quickness of the technique and warm up Cell takes this without problems.

Goten SSJ vs Kaioshin

Goten one-shots. He is able to fight on par with SSJ Teen Gohan. Kaioshin was afraid of a guy who Base Goku could handle. (Yakon)

^^I have Base Vegeta(Pre Majin) comfortably ahead of them individually, but i doubt he could win against both of them. He loses.
^ Individually, they are about as strong as Roshi. As a team, they stomp imo.
