If we're talking manga here then Goku gets rape one-shotted. I think it's stated in one of the chapter covers that once Goku achieved SSj3 he began closing on his limits(for that arc, obviously, since the word 'limits' is synonym with the word 'plot'), and since SSj4 is a limit boost then Goku wouldn't get that much stronger. I'm not sure though, it's been a little while since i've read that specific chapter and it was jackjack who said that in Neoseeker.

If we're talking Z anime, then he one-shots.

I think Normal SSj2 Gohan one-shots #17 and #18 but loses to #16 after a nice fight. Enraged SSj2 Gohan, however, clears this without any effort.
