Really depends how the battle unfolded. Cell definitely showed on edge throughout the whole fight, but #16 implied he'd weakened Cell by some level with the Hell's Flash. If we're assuming they continue their fight from the series, I'd give it to #16. If it were a fresh fight with prep, I'd give it to Cell.

I think Yamcha wins. I see Bacterian being in between Yamcha and BODB Goku.

By my numbers, as well as agreeing with the Gohan Boo > SS3 Gogeta argument, I have Goku taking this without too much trouble.

Super Oob VS Liu Xing Long (aka. Oceanus Shenron)

After having recently rewatched this, I wasn't that impressed with Liu Xing Long, despite fond memories. I watch Pan the whole time and her distress seems minimul. I know Goku was there to protect her, but it seems like the other Dragons who were a match for even Goku took Pan out of the game quickly.

Circumstantial evidence but I side with Oob.

The team wins with just Nappa alone if it's full power Nappa. With suppressed Nappa however, I think Goku has enough of an edge that he'll cut through all of them like he did the Ginyu Force.

Vegeta still having fear when Freeza showed up suggests to me that initial Freeza was already more than half of his full power. I'd give the win to Freeza, especially taking stamina into account.

I hax Paikuhan and filler Goku (stronger than SPC), so even SS2 Gohan would lose in my opinion.
