The way i see it, Freeza wins easily. I have his FP at 240,000,000. Take ten percent of that and you have 24,000,000, which would be more than enough.

Uub had a slight advantage over Goku base from what I see of the fight, whom I consider Vegeta's equal. Uub would give Vegeta a tough fight, but I think Vegeta would win due to better skills and control of Bukujutsu, which is pretty important in a tournament fight, with the out of bounds rule.

Ignoring the possibility that Goku was holding back against Oob, I'd say that Vegeta would win due to being more skilled and experienced than Oob. Plus, the guy can't fly !
