On topic: If the other Guldo is also effected by Time Freeze, then I'd give it to Vegeta. If not, then I'd give it to the Guldo duo.

Vegeta wins imo. If Jorouichi's mind was strong enough to resist a little, I'm pretty sure that Vegeta can.

Hard to say tbh. Base FnF arc Galu >= base Freeza, and U6 Galu who is moderately stronger needs SSJ to battle Frost although he won with ease. Leaning toward Goku though from a storytelling perspective though.
