I think a fair compromise is that the characters from the other series have to battle DB characters only, if they are included. I have now included DB characters in my last battle, so you can tweak your answer.

Alright. Based on Base Choji's City Block level feat during the Sasuke Arc, either of the Genin solo with low-diff. The Kame Sennin students are faster, but not strong enough to do anything through it.

As for SIAD's, probably Zamasu due to his immortality, unless Whis' time manipulation can go back to before the fusion.

Old Piccolo Daimao (50%) VS 23rd TB Chaozu

We really don't know much about Chaozu's strength other than surpassing Roshi (he was also probably included in the statement) and being way weaker than Tao Pai Pai, whom even though you could argue took Chaozu by surprise, there's nothing saying the outcome would be any different. I'm going with Old Piccolo Daimao (50%) due to Chaozu's lack of feats and statements.
