If we assume Black was a SSJ against Vegeta, then SSJ Black wins even with Hit's Time Leap since he was above SSJ Blue Vegeta, and SSJ Blue Goku from U6 was enough to break through Hit's TL. If we assume he was a SSJ2, then I'd have them more or less around the same power, so it depends how would be Hit's another killing skills, although I'd still give it to Black due to showing better movements thus far that could shift the battle into his favor.

If we apply the natural toughness for OP's character, then Luffy takes this. If we don't, then I'd give it to Kuririn due to a better array of techniques and a better control of Bukūjutsu, whereas Luffy has to constantly kick the air.

Zamasu vs Light Yagami - smartness contest

Light wins, because he actually outsmarts his opponents. Zamasu was mostly a threat due to using omnipotent artifcats.

They ought to rival one another with the handicap you put, but Vegito has the combined fighting prowess of two Saiyans that are individually more skilled than Gohan, so he'd win.

- Takes place where Rock Lee fought Naruto & Sasuke

Super #17 Arc VS Boku no Hero Academia in terms of originality 2

Boku no Hero Academia would win, even though I haven't watched it. Super 17 Arc is basically rehashing the movie 12 scenario. Even the main villains (Gero, Myu and 17) are recycled.
There is no way Boku no Hero Academia could do worse in my humble opinion.

Black had better characterization, but his stint as merged Zamasu kind of left a stain on his record. Still, I'd say Black.

I'd say Black. Baby is basically just Hatchiyack with an actual personality. Not bad, but doesn't hold a candle to a rogue Kaioshin.

SSJ Goku's transformation to be honest. Vegeta almost looked like he was screaming "I WANNA BE A SUPER SAIYAN! I WANNA! I WANNA!"
