Pamput. Pamput destroyed the stadium wall easier than Post-Tail Goku.

23rd Chappa vs Crane Hermit

I'd give that to Chappa. Roshi casually blowed him away with a Kamehameha, and to be confident on taking Goku he should be at least around Match level Goku, who's around 22nd Krillin and Yamcha.

Since SIAD forgot to post a new battle:

Hirudegarn vs Ōzaru Vegeta (Saiyan Saga)

- Equal physical conditions
- Takes place in an abandoned city
- Win by death or K.O

IIRC, Hirudegarn can turn to smoke and regenerate, so i give him the win due to this.

I don't think he can regenerate, he didn't attempt to do so after his tail got cut off.

As for your matchup, I give it to Kibitoshit.

22nd Roshi >>>>>> 22nd Kuririn and Yamcha. Besides, Tenshinhan was surprised that Chun was stronger than the Crane implying that Yamcha and the others weren't.

Kibitoshit (DBS manga) vs. suppressed Hit

Hit stomps. If 10% SSJB can't beat Hit (even not at full power) there's no way a scrub like Kibito and that incompetent god is doing it.

Assuming we're talking about Dende at his peak, he stomps. Having his potential unlocked should naturally place him at least slightly higher than an average Namekian.

Yakon VS #17, #18 and Pre-Rosat Piccolo
- #17/18 are the only ones actually fighting, with Pickle Man charging up his Gekiretsu Kodan as a trump card.
- Fight takes place on the island Cell absorbed #17.

The team wins, easily at that. Even if the Saiyans were confident about their win in the tournament as base, could they actually win ? At least 18# and Piccolo were training and intended to win as well.

Besides, Goku dodged effortlessly pretty much all of Yakon's attacks. It's safe to say that Piccolo's Gekiretsu Kodan would obliterate him.

Freeza VS Cell VS Boo VS King Piccolo, in the contest of the best written villain.

Freeza ~ Piccolo Daimao >> Cell >>> Boo

Freeza has a 1-dimensional personality but makes the top due to him having a stronger personal link with the main characters than the other villains. Piccolo Daimao rivals him due to his goals being somewhat different from world domination/destruction, but not to a massive extent. Cell was somewhat good as an endgame due to being a combination of previous heroes and villains, but was ultimately just a copy-paste of previous personality traits. Finally, Boo comes in last due to having little depth in any of his forms, with Evil Boo in particular just being a Cell clone.

DBS Base Roshi VS Raditz
- If Roshi stomps, replace Raditz with Saiyan Arc Piccolo

I think that Freeza soldiers can defeat Saibamans, and Master Roshi is probably more skilled, so he wins. Piccolo would probably win, though.

Meliodas (early) VS Goku Saiyan arc (50 %)

-Meliodas's power level (3300+) has the same logic as the power levels in Dragon Ball.
-Meliodas can use his Sacred Weapon.

If Goku wins, Meliodas can use his demon power. In this case, Goku can use his full power.

Cell and Daimao are on a tie, with Buu being left on the dust.

Pocus vs Imperfect Cell (Gingertown).

Comparing their OBD files, Vegetto seems to be far stronger in terms of destructive power, speed and durability. However, Ryoko has powers that will keep him from defeating her easily (Intangibility in particular). I still have him win, though.

Lelouch I guess. Most of his successes were mainly through PIS, especially in R2, though Daimao nor any DB character presented anything that could be called a good strategy when compared to many other series.

LSS4 Broly VS Super Yi Xing Long
- This is the version of LSS4 Broly from Dragon Ball Heroes, who stomped SS4 Vegeta and Beyond Limits SS4 Goku.
- Both fighters are aware of all their opponent's techniques.

Super Yi Xing Long could survive a Big Bang Kamehameha from an opponent far stronger than him. His regeneration, on top of his insane durability, only helps to make Broly's death a foregone conclusion.

Luffy oneshots with Gear 3rd. Even with Gear 2nd, he'd win due to comparable power and vastly superior speed and stamina.

EoS Naruto VS Base Goku (post-Kaio)
- Naruto has access to all his forms.
- Goku can use Kaioken x2 if close to losing.
- Speed equalised.

On the one hand, Naruto certainly got more powerful since his durability feat against Toneri and has a far larger amount of abilities. On the other hand, he could only do so in his strongest form (which he could only maintain for eight minutes). Guess that I'd give it to Naruto as long as Goku doesn't use the Kaioken.

As naked you published the next bout.

  Goku (Baby) vs Ryoko Hakubi

Goku fights in Base state. If Ryoko wins, then both recover and Goku becomes SSJ. If Ryoko wins again, both recover and Goku becomes SSJ2. If Ryoko wins again, then both recover and Goku becomes SSJ3.

@Venato

Most likely Naruto wins through his various Jutsu, assuming he doesn't give Goku a chance to use Kaioken. If he does, his only shot is outlasting him using Kage Bunshin.

@SIAD

If it's Base Ryoko, she's featless. With Ryo-Ohki's power, she solos GT. Her peak power would also oneshot SSB Goku.

Part 6 Jotaro Kujo VS Hit
- Equal battle powers.
- Standard rules of their timestops apply (ie. Jotaro's is longer than Hit's, but won't do consecutive damage like Hit).
- Jotaro has intel on Hit's abilities.
- Jotaro will remember about his additional techniques such as Star Finger and the one he used to have Star Platinum inhale Justice.
- Fight takes place in the U6 VS U7 ring, though no tournament rules apply.

Just out of curiosity, how powerful is Ryoko Base? Will the level of Goku (TB23)?

Ryoko with the power of Ryo-ohki = Goku SSJB (Current Anime)?

Base Ryoko is completely featless, so saying anything regarding her strength would be impossible.

Ryoko with Ryo Ohki is Galaxy level, so Goku would likely only need SSJ or SS2.
