Kibito's performance doesn't mean much when considering that Shin stated that even the combined power of the Kaioshin of all 12 Universes wouldn't be able to come close to Zamasu.

Goku seemed to have a lot of faith in Boo's strength for the U6 tournament in both the manga and anime, plus the new episode spoilers imply that Boo's current power is at least close to Base Goku's. Lavender and Bergamo seemed to respect Basil, making it unlikely he's dozens of times weaker than the other trio members. Most likely, DBS Boo got plot haxed.

Evil Boo easily wins. Ten lacks any feats or statements to place him close to anyone relevant in the Boo Arc, even with the Shin Kikoho.

I think I go for Liang Xing Long, as this can contaminate the water and can cause Freezer to become contaminated. If it is not for that, I think it can go in any direction.

Ryu-ken's multiplier is all over the place. Goku states the 10x Kamehameha is his strongest technique, yet the amp isn't suggested to be anywhere close to 10x unless you assume every foe in GT had insane durability, whilst the Ryu-ken destroyed the body of someone who was at least 10x stronger than him.

I'll just assume Goku wasn't factoring in Ryu-ken for some reason and give it a 10x boost. Manga-wise he at least gets up to Daishinkan, if not Zen-oh. Anime-wise he'd be lucky to get past the perpetual wall that is Beerus 2

I have the multiplier of SSJ2 = LSSJ. Broly RSSJ was> Goku SSJ. So Broly LSSJ is stronger, but Goku with the instant Kamehameha, wins easily, since he has a tremendous amplifier. The Kamehameha was even stronger than the Super Hit that Goku gave Broly at the end of the Movie.
