If the children in Base state and in an absolutely uncomfortable suit, they were at the level of Android # 18. These children were much inferior to Vegeta, therefore Vegeta Base wins and very easily.

I would say that Dabura is slightly superior to Cell Perfect (Vs Goku), since Goku hoped that Dabura was in the level of the Cell that faced, or Cell Perfect (Vs Goku). Later Goku says that Dabura is more powerful than he imagined, thanks to his magic techniques. This makes me think that Gohan SSJ (Vs Dabura) = Perfect Cell (Vs Goku).

Later Dabura seemed confident in easily defeating Gohan, this makes me think that it is because he has a small advantage of power + his magic techniques. I definitely have: Dabura> Gohan SSJ (Vs Dabura) = Perfect Cell (Vs Goku). In numbers I have:

Goku SSJ (CG) = 31.25
Perfect Cell (Vs Goku) = 34
Gohan SSJ (Vs Dabura) = 34
Dabura = 35
Vegeta SSJ (Pre Majin) = 45

I think anyone can win, it all depends on whether Dabura spits it out.

I think Salza, this gave some problems to a Piccolo much stronger than when he faced Freezer.

Assuming Boo was the same level as in the U6 Arc, he wins easily due to Goku having faith in his power, moreso than Piccolo's even. If he's the same as his regular Good Boo self from Z, he gets easily beaten.

This was likely the version of Cell Paikuhan beat in the Hell episode, so the same result as that.

Kuririn VS Piccolo
- Both their Tournament of Power selves (or U6 for Piccolo if he's revealed to have improved)
- Tenkaichi Budokai rules
- Piccolo is unaware of x100 Taiyoken, but is aware Kuririn can now use the Kienzan as homing attacks.

If it's their current selves and a fight to the death, then Kuririn due to Taiyoken x100 and having far better utilization of the Kienzan than his wife. If it's not a deathmatch, #18 wins due to barriers and infinite stamina as long as they're not fighting by Tournament rules.

If fear dominates Krillin, then Piccolo wins. If Krilin controls his fear, then he could win with his Taiyoken x100.

Black seemed to be more skilled than Freeza. Besides, he has better techniques and has the advantage of being able to sense Freeza, something he can take advantage of to kill Freeza. In fact, the only thing Freeza has for him is Homing Kienzan...but the Instant Transmission makes it a moot point anyways.

Depends on how much Piccolo improved in between Goku's decision of the team and the actual tournament. If not a lot, then Boo likely wins with high or extreme diff. If his plot hax was massive and Goku simply underestimated him, then Frost wins. I'd probably assume the latter if the next episode shows post-training Boo to only be equal to Base Goku, considering Piccolo's feats against Frost at least place him above Goku's Base form.
